I have purchased several vehicles from Fields BMW. However my latest experience was probably the best. I spoke with Lee Grasso about leasing a vehicle around 10am in the morning. He had my trade value and payment back to me in minutes and I picked up the car later that day. This is how buying a car should work. Kudos to Lee and Fields BMW!

We were in the market for a specific car- a used BMW 328 sport wagon. There was one available at this dealership but they were 300+ miles away. We were reluctant to drive all the way down there and risk it being a dud. But Lee spent time on the phone with us and even made a video just for our viewing. I dealt with Roger Carpenter. He was very professional and polite. It was easily my most pleasant car buying experience. I traveled 6 hours, twice to work with the Sales managers & staff. Why twice? The first car purchase went extremely smooth on a late Saturday afternoon and ran into a little overtime for the staff. It went so well with the first transaction, the sales advisor recalled a few comments about another car. several months past, he called, he offered & he sold me another! Great recall on his part and I am again very satisfied with the entire facility. Unfortunately I can't drive that far for service, LOL.

I traded in my older BMW for a newer one, the staff was great and answered every question and worked with me in every way possible. I will being going back and continue to for years to come.
