Have had several deals with Jack over the years , he takes care of us after the sale as well . Great trade on a 428. Phillip made our trip through finance very pleasant. , in Kiwi speak "Bonzer !"

Arnie Gralnick did a fantastic job throughout the whole sales process and even better after the sale was done. I would recommend this dealership and Arnie to anyone.

2015 320i with trade. Fair trade. Clean, organized, good numbers. No "smoke and mirrors " transaction. Recommend Lee as our Sales person. Above and beyond retrieving personal items from trade vehicle. Packaged and sent to our home. Their compliments. Approach with confidence. Will go back. Tom & Stacye

Great communicTion between sales and service. I was greeted at the front door and was just having my first experience getting a car wash. Rather then sendinding me to service, Arnie Gralnick took my car around and said to meet him in service. I was then offered my choice of complimentary beverages and all types of food. Fields really treats a client differently after the sale.

This is my 3rd BMW. Fields and my salesman made the experience a pleasure. My salesman is Arnie Gralnick. He didn't sell the car and disappear. He introduced us to K.C. to learn all the new electronics. If that wasn't enough, they came to set the garage door without me asking. Great job! Thanks Guys, it made buying my husbands birthday present a joy!

They are the complete dealership that knows how to treat their customers in a very fair and prompt way. We have purchased four BMW's from Fields and the last three have been from their Daytona store. Jack Adams is our sales person and I would encourage buyers to deal with him. He is very knowledgable about their products and works hard to get customers a fair deal. No games are played here.
