This is my 3rd BMW and I'm glad to be a part of the BMW Family. I absolutely love the vehicle and the route to purchase could not have been anything more of a cake walk. Normally going to the car dealer is like going to the dentist. There is no better way to lease a vehicle. I've been very happy dealing with Jack Gomes. He made this experience very pleasant = excellent customer service. Everything can be set up via email, and the vehicle pick-up could be arranged. Jack brought it to our house and called numerous times after to make sure all is OK. Sabit always had good communication and called me back fast anytime i had a question about something. He made the whole process pretty flawless and painful and everything was super easy and smooth. Open and honest about everything.
Heather is very easy going and great to work with. She is super knowledgeable about the cars/features and explains all the nuances of the buying process very well. Most important to me was that there were no surprises at all. She kept me well informed throughout every step of the process. I would definitely refer her to friends and family.

The buying experience at Park Ave BMW could not have gone smoother. Sabit is a great salesperson who did not apply any pressure and helped me get a very fair deal on a 2016 car that was custom-ordered to meet my needs. I also got some help from Ryan who was able to beat the loan rate my bank offered by working with one of their banking partners. Overall the interactions with Sabit and the team were totally positive.
Sabit has taken the BMW / Park Ave experience to a whole new level. He was extremely attentive through out whole pre-delivery process, since our X3 was a custom order, he gave us regular progress updates as to when we might expect the new car to arrive. He is so conscious, that he even responds to emails after hours, and on his days off.
