Best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. The entire process from selecting a vehicle, completing the necessary paperwork, and setting up delivery and instruction of the vehicle options was handled perfectly.
This is my first BMW and I expected my price negotiation to take days. How wrong I was, I walked into this dealership and within a hour, we agreed on the model and the price. I was fairly compensated for my trade-in. Andre went above and beyond to speed-up the whole process, he is a great advisor.
Eric has been exemplary over the last several years. Numerous stories/problems and he always takes care of them. We moved to Wilmington, delaware and i still call/visit there for both cars as experience here is awful. Always a headache and delay down here. I wish more success for him and that's what keeps me loyal to you. In fact his service and style beats Prestige hands down. No ifs and buts. Awesome. Thanks.

Stefanie is great. Always on point with me, straight up, helpful and courteous. Never any B.S. In for a popped tire after hitting a pot hole in and out quick enough for my schedule WITHOUT making an appointments or special arrangements. Highly commendable. It's pot hole season after the snow...people beware...specifically all those with low profile tires. Just sayin'...
