I have dealt with many car salesmen in my time and have purchased many different vehicles. Some of my experiences have been good, some bad, but my experience with purchasing a vehicle from Park Avenue BMW and specifically with Client Advisor, Andre Lindsay has been quite phenomenal!!! My experience with the Sales man (Mr. Richard Kim) was absolutely wonderful, he took a great deal of time to explain the technical advancement aspects incorporated in the vehicle with me. He insured I was comfortable with the vehicle I selected, and the warranty/maintenance programs available with the vehicle . My experience, in short, was very positive and I would recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues. Mr. Kim was and is a true gentleman.

This is not the first time I've dealt with Jeff Sherman and it will definitely not be the last. I've only done a custom build once a long time ago but now just leave it to Jeff as he knows exactly what I like to drive, down to the option. I consider Jeff family because that is the way he makes me feel. It is always a pleasure and I highly recommend you speak to Jeff. He had Roger Pic work on the finances which took all of 10 minutes and what a great guy.
I had an issue with my car and Eric Cuello took care of it with an added personal touch. My car had been acting up down to South Carolina were as the add oil indicator kept coming on. The Dealership in Charleston kept my car for a week as I traveled to Disney in a rental. I lost 2 days off our Disney Trip to get back to pick it up to drive it 100 miles before the light came back on. I took it into my home dealership and Eric Cuello found the problem and fixed it in 24 hours! He is awesome!!!! Thank you Eric Cuello
I am a very jaded car buyer. I hate car salespeople, but my lease was up and I needed a new car. I called Park Avenue and asked to work with a woman because I thought it would be less aggressive but I had no high hopes. BOY was I pleasantly surprised. Heather was a dreamboat.
