The whole team from the Genius, Matt O'Donnell to sales with Dan Paley and Kurt and finance with Ryan was terrific. They made us feel comfortable every step of the process. There was never a sales pressure. They were always working to make the experience pleasurable. They answered every question we had about finance and the amazing technology in our new i3. Came in shopping for fair deal on a new lease. My salesman was friendly, knowledgable and fair. Of all the bmw dealerships I've been too (this is my third bmw in six years) park avenue bmw is the best characterized by prompt answers to questions and/or concerns, knowledgable staff, and great customer service.
Sabit took great care of us through the whole process of purchasing our new BMW. He worked within our parameters and made the process seamless. There was no high pressure though we were under a tight time frame. He listened to us and we felt like we got exactly what we wanted.
