From ordering a car to the delivery of the car, both Brad Russak and Gio DeBelli were a pleasure to have as sales people. Many other dealers don't want to deal with women with a car purchase but that didn't matter to them from the beginning. Gio was also very helpful with keeping me informed on my cars delivery progress. Both men were knowledgeable which help me with my new car. I absolutely love Park Ave BMW! Everyone greats you with a smile and says hello. From the time you walk in someone is asking you can they help you. I always say I'm here to see Andre. Andre took the nightmare out of car shopping. Very easy to work with, knowledgeable, a pleasure when it came to pricing I spent very little time getting the price I wanted and I was out the door with a smile. Very good personality and follow through. I highly recommend Andre and Park Ave BMW.

I visited this dealership and left a deposit on 12/31/14 for a built-to-order M3. There was no haggling, back and forth nonsense, like a typical dealership. Heather O'Brien was extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend her and this dealer for ease of purchase.

I am from RI and spoke to Gio regarding a vehicle I saw online. He was able to get all the paperwork ready so that all I had to do was come down and test drive the vehicle. Gio was knowledgeable and so eager to answer any questions I had. I was in and out with the car within a little over an hour. Thanks Gio for your service!

In the past, I've absolutely dreaded the car buying experience, but Gio made it easy and enjoyable. He's not the stereotypical car salesman, he's very knowledgeable and sincere, and guides you through the process in an artful manner - I never felt pressured. I highly recommend Gio and Park Ave. BMW.
