I went in and dealt with Jack and it was clear that he was amazing. He gave us all the information to make a decision ad made us feel comfortable about making a purchase. others laces made me feel rushed but Jack Gomes was awesome and i would recommend him to all my friends who are looking for a seamless experience.

With that said the entire staff at Park Ave. always makes me feel like there is so much attention to detail that I am almost like the only customer in the room. It was a pleasure to deal with Brett from the minute I walked in to the show room until the minute I drove away with my car. Brett was very knowlegable and customer driven. I never felt any pressure to buy and the final negotiations went smoothly. Everything he promised he delivered on. I would highly reccomend to friends and family. A little congested, but a very professional experience. Frank was beyond phenomenal! He never pressured us, he was extremely patient and didnt give us the impression he just wanted to sell a car. He is personable and that's missing in sales today.When we visited Prestige, I felt we were being sized up to see if we were able to afford/purchase. Excellent service and friendly staff. I was looking for my new car during off-hour but Michael still spent the necessary time to get my new vehicle.He was very professional and my wife and daughter feel very comfortable working with him.
My sales person was Gio DeBelli and I must say it was a great experiences from start to finish very knowledgeable on the product. Even Rodger Pic the gentlemen that process the paper what amazing. I came to Park Ave BMW because a friend recommended him and I am extremely glad I DID!!!
