He is super helpful and always try's to accommodate the price as best as possible. I have bought all my bmws from him and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He's the best!! Always keeps me going back.

Hans is very patient and friendly. He spent lots of time going through all my options and all available cars that best suit me. we made the deal by email and some phone calls and Hans make it very smoothly and he helped us a lot for the documentation preparation for 3rd party auto loan. I picked up our new car during off-hour but Hans still spent half an hour help me get familiar with the new vehicle. It was a great pleasure working with Hans!

I have leased several cars from him including my new 4 series and every time it was a great experience. He is very professional and knows his stuff. I feel that he makes every effort to help make the process quick and easy. I am very comfortable with him he is very sweet and has even helped me after my lease with questions I had. had some difficulties getting a recall re-performed on my x5. initial recall failed so i called USABMW customer service seeking some assistance but didn't get much help so i called my service advisor Larry Weiner from Park Ave BMW. it didn't take much explanation for Larry to just tell me bring it to me and i'll take care of it.
