Was my first BMW and probably the best car buying experience ever. Joe Atshan was exemplary in his aim to please. A real go getter, and a personable salesman. Great Price, Great customer service. what else is there? No Pressure sales as it should be!

After buying 3 cars from Park Ave BMW previously, we left to go to other brands because of disappointing sales and service at Park Ave. But with the new 640 Gran Coupe we couldn't resist a peak. So we contacted internet sales and an angel appeared in the form of Giovanni DeBellli. He had us at hello and brought us back! What a wonderful, hard working young man! A model salesman, where anyone would be proud to have him represent their organization.

This Dealership along with its sales representatives provided for a great car shopping experience. Staff was friendly, informative, and most importantly, genuine. I would highly recommend Park Venue BMW to anyone currently interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Sales Representative, Victor Giusfredi worked diligently to find the car of my choice and was readily available to answer any of my questions.

When you first stop in at Park Ave BMW, it might seem like a BMW Museum instead of dealership. With all the people mulling around, chatting, sipping coffee and admiring all the pretty cars on display. The even have a few cars behind the velvet ropes, so it is easy to make this mistake. Despite appearances, I can assure you that they do actually sell BMWs and not just admire them. They even managed to sell me my first BMW. I have purchased or leased in excess of 30-35 cars in my adult years and never had a more pleasant, professional and rewarding experience than my recent 428i lease with my sales associate, Sabit Hadzhiev. In 24 hours, I was out of my old leased LEXUS and into a beautiful new convertible. This is our second lease with Sabit and plan more every three years. He is a gentleman, professional and advocate for both Park Ave. and BMW. Hold onto him! P.S. You can quote me, AND, we are not related!!
