I always dreaded having to deal with car sales people until my wife and I went to Park Ave BMW in Rochelle Park and met Giovanni , he made our purchase quick , easy , and an overall great experience. Brett made the buying experience very relaxing. I've contacted him sporadically over the past 4 months looking for a 3 series, then a 5 series, back to a 3 series, to finally settle down with a 5 series. He never pressured me and he remained patient throughout the ordeal. Thanks for the great experience.

I started shopping at Park Ave, went to a few other dealers, and ended up back at Park Ave. The second time I went, I was set up with Hans Lee, and I'm so grateful I was because he was very patient, nice, and easy to work with. Other dealerships had made it very difficult to reach a deal, but Hans was excellent and seemed motivated to work with us to reach some numbers everyone was happy with. I'm so glad I was set up with him, otherwise I might still be driving my old car! I love my new 328i! Thank you Hans and Park Ave!!

Andre Lindsay was an amazing Client Advisor! He made sure to put me in a car that satisfied all of my needs. He took his time to answer ALL of my questions and consistently kept me updated on the status of my NEW CAR!!
