I recently bought the new 4-series from Victor. I initially went to the dealer, not to buy, but to see the car and test drive it since there were not a lot of them on the road. Victor was very friendly, helpful and completely knowledgeable about the car; giving me lots of detail not only about the options, but really how the car handled, and how it could take whatever driving style I could dish out. Overall great experience. I have been doing business with Park Ave BMW for a long time and have worked with some great people over the years and Hans fits that mold. The transaction was simple. I recommend Aimon and Park Ave dealership if you want top notch customer service. I was coming to the end of my lease from another Car vendor that swears by their customer service, they should come to Park Ave and take notes. After test driving several cars and speaking with Aimon about what I was looking for, he placed me in a 2014 328i that was the perfect fit. I visited to at least 5 different BMW dealerships and almost ordered a car with a different dealership. But when I visited Park Ave, I found that they had the best deals and decided to buy the car through them. Gio and Roger made the entire process of trading in my car super easy. My experience at Park Ave was one of the best experience I ever had at a car dealership.

During the process of trading in my car for a new lease, Gio was there every step of the way listening to my needs and structuring a car and deal that hit all the items I desired (better than any deal offered by other dealerships) Everyone I know will know who to ask for when they visit. From what I've heard from friends I'll never go back from a BMW and looking forward already to my next experience with Gio.
