Just picked up my 4th BMW and 2nd one from Park Ave. by far the best dealership I've dealt with from sales to service. Go in and see Lenny. He is an awesome sales advisor that will def take care of you!
I knew Lenny from another dealership. That is what made me buy here. He makes you feel comfortable and friendly. He doesn't pressure you like other salesman. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a BMW.

Victor made our experience a total pleasure. We were expecting a pushy sales pitch but had a totally opposite experience. Victor was friendly, polite, informative and knew his product. Gio was great to deal with during the whole buying process. He was very knowledgable about the car and extremely accommodating. He was always available to answer any of mine or my wife's questions and would go out of his way to thoroughly answer them. Wow. We first met Juan who walked us through the brand and models - he was excellent. We was looking to buy used car but before we past by Park Ave BMW and met Juan. He did a very thorough job giving us the various options that he had and went out of his way for us. When we came back to buy, again, he was wonderful, meeting every need we presented. We came in this dealer ship to buy a BMW and at the door Juan Polo was there to greet us. His very nice very professional. So when we decided to change our BMW we knew we had to go with Juan Again and we where not wrong on choosing him. We got what we wanted and walked out happy.
