I took my vehicle to Park Ave BMW, for the first time last week. I recently purchased my first BMW and wanted to get a thorough check on my car. Our experience at park ave bmw was exceptional from start to finish. Rob Ermatinger was very friendly, attentive throughout the entire process, and honest with the numbers. We were there for over 4 hours because of some complicated insurance issues, Rob was very patient and helpful the entire time. I couldn't be happier with both decisions of the car I bought and the dealership that I bought it from, thanks again Rob!

From start to finish my experience with Daniel was stress free! Superior customer service and he genuinely had my best interest the entire time. He was friendly and his frank speaking kept the the atmosphere genuine and light. His numbers matched my expectations and he was upfront with negotiations and willing to meet me at the middle. I could not have had a better experience leasing my first car and will definitely recommend him and Park Avenue BMW to friends and coworkers.

I am sure you hear from customers who have issues. Well., I am not one of those. I was in yesterday for initial service on our 2014 X3. And the experience was a pleasure. My service advisor, Larry Weiner was pleasant, professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Larry explained to me what was needed, gave me an approximate timeframe, and my car was delivered with all work completed, on-time and sparkling clean. Michael Messinger was very straight forward when negotiating a price for my 2014 535i. He didn't play any games or had any tricks up his sleeves like many car salesman out there.
