Working with Steven made buying a used car easy and hassle free. Being from out of state, I drove 2 hours to pick up the used vehicle that found at Park Ave BMW. Steven prepared all necessary paperwork and materials well in advance of my arrival to the dealership. Steven was knowledgeable and answered all my questions which made for an efficient car buying experience.
My experience was excellent. I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Everyone I dealt with very polite, up front, and honest. Although I was buying a Pre-owned 3 series, they made me feel like I was buying a fleet of brand new 7 series BMW’s. I would definitely come back to this dealership for my next purchase.
After our BMW lease was coming to an end we started surfing the internet for our next BMW. It didn't take us long to notice the huge inventory at the Park Avenue dealership and we didn't mind driving all the way from CT. Brett Drummer is an excellent person to work with when purchasing a BMW. He is knowledgable and extremely friendly. I felt very comfortable while test driving the X3 with him and I also learned a ton of information from him. Brett is also extremely efficient. I looked at the truck on a Tuesday night and he had me in the truck with PLATES by Thursday afternoon. He even had a beautiful red bow on it when I got there. HE ROCKS! :) GO SEE HIM!
I have purchased over a dozen BMW's from Park Ave over the years. The Park Ave team are the best in the business (sales and service).
