The Staff were super friendly and Steven took time to explain all the details and answer the so many questions I had. Being my first time leasing a car they made sure I knew, I was getting the best deal possible!! It really made the entire process very easy for me!
There is no better experience than Park Ave. Daniel went out of his way to make the deal and retain us as customers. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Daniel spent a lot of time with us on test drives, answering questions and helping us decide. Park Ave is professional, honest and friendly. Highly recommended. I also gave 5 stars on service since we have had only good experiences servicing our two previous BMWs and I would expect that excellent service to continue.

Great service and professional salesman Robert Ermatinger was a joy to work with. Made the decision to work with Park Ave a no brainer. Willing to meet and exceed other dealer prices and the no pressure salesmanship was a breath of fresh air.
As a newer BMW owner, I am very pleased with the experiences I have had when I have had to go to the service center. I am always greeted right away with professionalism from all the employees that I encounter there. Larry has always been so helpful. He makes sure the car is serviced promptly and that I understand what is going on with the vehicle. Everyone that I encounter there is professional and helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant and they all really do what they can to accommodate you while you are there.
We had previously purchased 3 other BMW's from this dealership all with terrific results. Our previous sales person is no longer at the dealership, and we were assigned to Sabit. We were at the point of turning in our leased 535 and wanted to get a new 4 series. We were overwhelmed at all the options and packages when configuring a 4 series.
