On a score of 1-10, Park Ave. BMW gets an 11!! Dan Paley was our salesman. His patience, his knowledge and his sincerity came through loud and clear. Jack Gomes was extremely helpful in explaining the features of the BMW I was interested in. He spent as much ttime as I needed in my initial visit. After I made the decision to lease he checked on how I would have to turn in my previous car. Since I had to drop it off myself, Jack volunteered to pick me and bring me back to the BMW dealership. He is helpful and very professional in his dealing with me.
