Jerry was extremely great at following up during the whole process of finding/purchasing a car. He was friendly and well-mannered throughout and there was never a point I felt uncomfortable.

The one thing I dislike about buying a car is buying the wrong thing or doing the wrong deal because it is the best thing for the dealer - so when you find a dealer/salesperson who clearly is trying to figure out the best thing for you (and as someone who runs several businesses - I can tell) - it makes the experience a real pleasure. I went into Park Avenue BMW to test drive a new car but was, frankly, not ready to buy as I had not visited any other dealerships to explore other types of vehicles. Started search for bmw 2011 coupe 328 I . I knew what I wanted and visited 5 dealers and park ave had best service, and price. Brett Drummer made process easy. I live 1 hour away and he made sure car waxed and ready for me to test drive. He spend over a hour going over every button and navigation system. Drove out of lot with car and confident I got best price. Car certified so I have lots of confidence I will be happy with car for years to come.
