My wife and I went to Park Ave BMW for a test drive to see how we felt about the BMW X3. We loved the car. However, Nicholas and his team went above and beyond to earn our business. No other dealership we visited even met us half way. They were honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Steven Mercier was one of the most friendliest dealer's I've dealt with and very helpful at explaining everything throughout the process. He is very serious when it comes to his line of work, He will match other dealers prices even though his car comes with more options and will do whatever he can to accommodate your needs. I had a 3 year lease on a BMW X3, the lease was about to end and I had to make a decision to buy the car, lease or buy another car or walk away. I must write accolades for Eric Cuello as well as Deanna Janke. Eric is the most honest service advisor that I have ever been lucky enough to have on my team. Eric's level of professionalism is 2nd to none. He will not let me make repairs that aren't of urgent need. I had great expiriance with this dealership, specially with Steven Mercier. I was treated great, everithing was moving in fast manner.
