This is the third BMW lease I have done with Park Ave BMW, each and every time I have done a transaction with them they were friendly, honest, courteous and customer oriented. I visited the dealer in need of a car. Rob took him time with me and was more than helpful help me find a car for the price I was looking for. his suggestions was very helpful and made my decision that much easier. I couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely recommend this dealership to people I know.
It was great experience to have the sale person, Mr. John Park otherwise I was not change me car from Mercedes-Benz to BMW. He was outstanding help to make my mind change from Benz to BMW. So far, I really happy with my new car lol

What can I say, Francine Barbieri was great to work with. I originally was dealing with another BMW dealership, who for some reason did not want my business. I first went onto the Park Ave BMW website and was looking at their inventory. I then notice that they had a interactive chat feature on their site. John gave me a great deal on a pre-owned bmw. He's friendly, calm, and very easy to deal with. He assisted me all throughout the purchase process. I'd definitely recommend John, and will try to work with him again when my next car purchase/lease comes.
