I have been doing business with Park Ave BMW since 1996, and would never consider changing. Their Sales and Service departments have never disappointed, and always exceeded my expectations. I had a great experience working with Steven. He was very knowledgeable about the product and processes for sales. He was very direct and efficient and we were able to reach a deal on a great car quickly. I'm happy with the purchase and happy with the people I worked with at Park Ave. I would certainly recommend Steven and the dealer to others.
The salesman was very friendly and patient with the many questions I asked. When we got to the point of working out a deal he still kept a good attitude as we were haggeling back and forth. Everything was above board, I didn't feel as though they were trying to put one over on me. The entire process was a positive one from start to finish.

Mine was an emergency service as my indicator alerted me that my oil level was low and I was preparing for a mini road trip (Phila). I called and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Rich met me at my car when I pulled in and I explained the oil issue. Brett was incredibly helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. He was extremely patient and really took the time to go over all the features of the car, including asking about which of the features that were most important to me. I felt comfortable at Park Ave throughout the entire purchase process, and never felt like I was being taken advantage of.
