We leased a 2014 528Xi at at Park Ave BMW. This was my first enjoyable car leasing experience. The whole process went very smoothly and and we got the best deal. Francine Barbieri was the sales person. It was a pleasure working with Francine. She did a great job, thorough, patient and polite. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a BMW. My experience at this dealership has been excellent and I would recommend Park Ave BMW to anyone looking for a BMW.

Problem with the Bluetooth. Larry addressed it immediately. Provided comparable loaner. Got the car back same day. Updated us throughout the entire process via text and phone calls.

I bought a 3 series bmw from this dealership for a great price. The salesperson who helped me was Francine. She's such a friendly energetic person. She was there to answer all my questions and guide me in purchasing my 1st car throughout the entire process. Not only is Francine a nice person, but she is also very knowledgable.
John is confident and knowledgeable and he made us feel relaxed. He even agreed to pick me up from my house to bring me to the dealer since I had no transportation, in the end we didn't need this service but it was really nice of him to offer. Thank you JOHN!!!
