This was the first experience I had buying a BMW at Park Ave, but it definitely won't be the last. Wayne and Andre were great to work with, both during the sales process and when I returned my old BMW. They were knowledgeable, thorough and went the extra mile. I definitely would recommend them and Park Ave to anyone in the market for a BMW.

I had been searching for a very specific car for my daughter and had found one at another dealership. After many, many issues came up between seeing the car and taking delivery I backed out of the deal. That evening my daughter emailed me with info on a car at Park AVe BMW that was exactly what we had been looking for. I called late in the evening and left a message. On our way to Hackensack University Medical Center for a two week hospital admission, our 5 year old CPO BMW's clutch stopped working on the Turnpike. We limped into the service department, where Claudio arranged professional, compassionate, and efficient service for our car. He took excellent care of us and did not take advantage of our vulnerable position, since we live 1.5 hours away at McGuire AFB. Thank you for your excellent work and integrity.

Brad was friendly, pro-active, and got us a great deal. He called us with a lease deal at noon, and we drove out with the car by 5:00. Overall, a very painless and beneficial experience.
