Sabit was extraordinary in working with me to select the vehicle that would be best for me. His patience was incredible and he was eager to get the answers to any questions I had. I recently found myself in the market for a new (pre-owned) vehicle as a result of a close encounter with a deer on the Garden State Parkway. I contacted Park Ave BMW by phone to see if a 2008 BMW advertised on the Park Avenue website was still available for sale. The Associate (Brad Russak) confirmed that it was and arrangements were made for my wife and I to view the car later that day. I used to go another service center (I don't want to tell the name). My BMW X5 broke down on the road because of faulty coolant pump and was towed to Park Ave Service center. Richard Anzalone was my advisor. I had a very good experience with him. He explained what the problem was of my SUV and the pros and cons of my warranty. I have met so many advisors and he is one of the best.

I called up Park Ave BMW for a quote on a used car listed on their website. Junior (Aminabat) quickly answered all of my questions and set me up for a test drive the next day. Although Junior was busy when I arrived, he was nice enough to set me up with his colleague Francine who helped me for remainder of the process. I test drove a used 2012 328i, but decided to lease a brand new 328 instead! After a long and difficult relationship with a different BMW dealership, we went to Park ave BMW and found Rob. He was considerate and kind and gave back our faith in believing people with integrity are still out there. Besides his good qualities as a person, as a salesman he is knowledgeable in all aspects of BMW cars and will do whatever he can to accommodate. I highly recommend Park Ave BMW and Rob.

Steven Mercier was extremely responsive, honest, businesslike and personable while assisting me with trade in and purchase of CPO BMW. He did all the leg work before my visit to minimize my time at the dealership. Roger Pic handle the finances efficiently and went out of his way to ensure i received the best financing available. Had a great experience at Park Ave. After visiting several dealerships I took the advice of a friend and went to Park Ave BMW. I am glad I did! The whole process was tansparent and therefore enjoyable. Sabit took the time to explain all of the different financing options available and the trim levels of each car. He followed up in a timely manner, was never pushy, and always made you feel comfortable. I also got a great deal on my car. I will definitely be going back to Sabit for any future purchases.
