i have tried couple other dealers before trying this dealer and the difference in the customer service and buying experience is immense. The sales rep, Brett, was kind, courteous and very easy to deal with. I am very happy with the experience of buying my car from this dealer.
Our experience at Park Avenue BMW -Rochell Park,NJ-hard to describe.We met Andre Lindsay at the dealership who welcomed us and was ready to help us out at our purchase.The car was built at our needs,the transaction went easy,stress free,all because of Mr.Lyndsay's knowledge and professional been.It put as at ease,couldn't be more satisfied than at this purchase.
The dealership was very friendly. I interacted with Steven Mercier, who I think went over and beyond to help me out with my needs. He even came in office on his day off to help deliver the vehicle. The vehicle condition looks good. Since it was CPO, my guess is that the dealership did all they could to make it look well, I am very much happy with my purchase. Would recommend the dealer.
Brett was great to work with...professional and kind of a "no nonsense" type of guy. He even took my calls while on vacation! After I bought the car, he spent an hour with me hooking up my bluetooth and acquainting me with the car. I really appreciated that. Thank you! Great experience.

my family has a history with park ave so we were immediately greeted with friendliness and respect. Aimon was very helpful and patient with me as we looked for a car. in the end he came through with exactly what i was looking for and i am now driving a 335i. the car is amazing and the service was great.
Rob Ermatinger is a great sales person we dealt with. He was friendly and offered us a test drive of a new X1. The dealer was able to offer us a decent trade-in price for our previous SUV, and it was far better than the other dealer offered. Rob also offered winter mats for free for our car. 2 days later, the pickup of the car was smooth as well. It took a few hours to do the leasing paperwork, that's the only downside.
Excellent customer service! Great experience and friendly environment. Juan Polo was very helpful, he listened to my needs and undestood what I was looking for. I was very pleased with the service he provided me. I'm kind of a difficult customer when looking for a new car but he was patient and undestanding and I really appreciate that.
