I bought my first BMW at Park Ave. Francine Barbieri was the biggest reason for choosing this dealer amongst few others that I was talking to. Francine quickly understood my requirements and shortlisted a few CPO vehicles for me to test. Francine was very professional, communicated all details clearly, and was helpful at every stage of the purchase. Park Ave BMW has very good collection of CPO vehicles and the process of choosing a vehicle, financing, and final purchase are very user friendly.

Michael Messinger is a great client advisor. He is very knowledgeable and funny, which made the entire purchase process very enjoyable. My car recently was declared total loss due to hurricane Sandy. In the process of having it towed to BMW Park Avenue, the dealership lost power and had to close early. Stefanie, knowing that I would not have a ride back to NYC, stayed after close to receive the car and provide me with a loaner even though it was dark and cold with snow. Both Tom and Jeremy did an awesome job with helping me find the right car to fit my needs. They converted me away from Audi after owning six consecutive Audi's! They were very friendly, low pressure, and honest. I would highly recommend them!
