In an industry with so many choices, I felt compelled to rate Park Avenue BMW on Dealer Rater as I was very impressed with the service and integrity, especailly after dealing with some other dealers. From first correspondence to taking delivery of our new BMW and returning our lease, the process was streamlined and pleasant with no pressure and straight forward pricing. Before I went there I made a few calls to inquire pricing and stock for CPO BMW 3-series cars. Brett was the person picking up the phone and was very patient and nice to answer my questions. Larry is by far the best service attendant I have ever dealt with ever. He knows his stuff and exemplifies true customer service. He takes care of his customers and makes sure he can do everything in his power to solve all your problems. I refuse to go there and deal with anyone else. I value customer service both personally and professionally. I expect it and will not tolerate anything less. It's the way I treat my clients. My dealings with the Park Ave team were direct, courteous and actually very pleasant. They were aggressive on pricing from the start so we didn't need to waste much time playing games. My family was severely affected my Super Storm Sandy. We lost both of our vechiles and had major home damage. My 2011 BMW X3 was a total loss from the flood. A week after our devastation, I called Jeremy Behar, to inform him of the loss, because he had been my client advisor(now sales manager)the prior year.
