Mike Messinger was my salesman and he was great in all aspects of selling cars. I felt welcomed and satisfied that all my concerns were answered with honest answers. He was very professional. First let me start this review off by saying I am a BMW enthusiast and consider myself very knowledgeable about such vehicles. I recently leased an X5 from a different dealership closer to my home which unfortunately was destroyed in hurricane Sandy only 5 weeks after delivery. Thinking I would be given a bit of special treatment given I was a returning customer (within 5 weeks instead of 3 years!) I couldn’t have been more wrong. Have worked with Mike for over 10 years now. He has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable. I have leased almost 10 cars from him over the years. I was pleasantly surprised to have such a great buying experience. The Park Ave BWM Internet team is very professional. After the sale Tom spent some solid time with me to ensure I knew the key functions of the car. Their attitude means that I will be buying from them again in the future.
Throughout the process Steven worked with me to find the car I wanted. I did not feel rushed, but instead was made to feel that he would spend whatever amount of time I required to make up my mind. When Steven was not able to provide the used car I wanted, he gave me a great discount another one I had in mind. Out of 5 dealers that had the same car, steven won the business because he worked hard to get me the best price, he didn't BS me and he knows what he is doing!

Our car was totaled in Hurricane Sandy. We needed a vehicle asap and a friend told me about Park Ave BMW. Wayne the GM met us when we arrived and was as friendly as could be. He then had Brett show us cars and Brett was great. We drove a few cars before settling on a used Acura SUV.
