Customer service was great, everyone I spoke was extremely helpful and polite. I had a clear understanding of all the services that were needed and recommended.
Fast efficient service. Friendly staff. Clean waiting room with TV's, coffee and snacks. Clean loaner cars, if you need one. They will even drive you home if you can't wait around!! Larry has been there a long time, and will deal with you in an efficient, professional manner.
Chris is the guy who lives up to "always put your customers first". He's always professional, diligent and quick to return phone calls. I only ask for him every time I come in for service.
I have owned three BMW's and My Service Consultant has been Simeon Marcelo.He is a true professional.He goes out of his way to accommodate all your needs.He would be asset to any business. The facility is clean.The waiting room has plenty of TV's and free coffee,tea,water and juice.

I have had a lot of service and repair done during 2015 and 2016 on my 2006 BMW 330xi at the Hackensack, NJ location of Park Avenue BMW. I have spent well over $20,000 in service and repairs to my aging vehicle in the past two years. Stefanie is fantastic and very easy to work with. Always exceptional customer service, park ave is the only place I will go for service. They are alway accommodating to my needs and the waiting area is great.
