Ive been bringing my car to Park Ave BMW for over a year now and the service have been great! My service Advisor Chris Vender is the best! He is very professional, down to earth and always make sure that I leave satisfied and with a smile on my face. In the past I have dealt with quite a few service Advisors but Chris is the MAN hands down. I cannot imagine taking my car to anywhere else.
Michael Pillari is my Service Advisor , he is simply amazing and very knowledgeable. Takes thd time to discuss my concerns. Greets me with a smile he is very professional and has a true passion for hiis clients. Couldn't be happier with my X3 thanks to Michael!

I must say that I am very pleased with the cusomer service in the service department. Claudio, the service advisor, went above and beyond to make sure that a loaner car was ready for me on short notice when I brought my ///M4 for some service work. I typically always tend to use Chris Vender. He's a great guy, always responds quickly to emails when questions are needed. Definitely considering sticking with BMW just because of the service department!!
Chris has been been my SA for few years now, he always explains everything in detail and takes the time to answer all my questions. Scheduling is never an issue and I've never had any problems with their processes. I simply drop my car off, drive off in a loaner (or wait in the very nicely equipped lounge). I highly recommend them and Chris in particular!
