This is our 2nd consecutive lease from Andre. We were seriously contemplating to lease a Benz but after speaking with Andre, we quickly changed our minds. I have been using this dealership for about 15 years - would not go anywhere else to get my Beamers! Aside from the really spectacular service department, the sales team is amazing. This is not my first BMW but I will give them some credit. Danny Peironi did a great job. It felt right. I went to another dealer not to fare and they kind of treated me like I was not going to purchase. When I pick it up was great too. Had some Dinan (Vito) guy telling me about some options with no pressure at all. Which I will be getting.
On Monday, I came in to have my car serviced and Dan Murphy was my guy for the day. Not only is he hilarious but he kept me informed the whole time on the status of my car. The work took almost half the day but he made sure I received a ride to my destination and called to tell me when my car would be ready. Sure enough, he was right on point. This is my second time seeing Dan and each time he is GREAT. I love my BMW but the service is what takes it to another level.
great experience with Jack Gomes. . .I didn't feel any pressure what so ever. . .Very happy with park avenue bmw. . .originally I had gone to bmw of tenafly just b/c my dad had purchased several bmw over the years, but the salesman tried to push on my a x3 that was previously leased by a chain smoker and it smelled awful. . .so I then found on the web park avenue and glad that I did.
We came to buy a car and, we found and excellent person who listen to what we were looking for in the car. The experience with Hans was AMAZING!, he knew all the answers of our questions, made us feel welcome, treat us with respect and, most important he follow up on every little detail he was supposed to give us a call about the car, transaction process, etc.
