Living in Las Vegas and in the big city sometimes you get lost in the dust. So many times dealerships don't really worry about the needs and concerns of the customer. After having some pretty bad experiences with other luxury dealerships in the valley I was beginning to think that that was just the way it was. Boy, was I wrong!
