I live in the bay area, 200 miles away from Visalia. At first I wasn't sure about spending 3 hours driving there would be worth it, but Shayne Roberts was so responsive, honest and helpful with all my questions by phone, email or texts. After we talked for several days I decided to go there and get the car, and the experience was very good and smooth as expected. I'd definitely consider coming back for my next car.

From day one the process was smooth. Shayne was very helpful and knowlegeable about the car we were looking at. I took my wife to see the car and she loved it. The financing and terms were great I tip my hat off to the sales group there.
I fell in love with a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned M3 on the BMW of Visalia website. Talked with Shayne, who seemed completely trustworthy with a low-pressure style, worked out numbers on a trade-in, and on that basis traveled down from the Bay Area to take a look.
