From Shaynes follow up to our email to his handing the keys to my wife for her beautiful BMW his professionalism and helpful attitude took all the pain of car purchase away. Fred, in finance, has all the same attributes as Shayne-caring, thoughtful, informative. We live on the coast, approximately a 2 1/2 hour drive away-and yet we have found the dealership we will use in the future. It was a very easy transaction since the beginning till the end , Shayne is very professional and courteous over the phone and in person ,his knowledge about the vehicle make me feel comfortable and he even offer him self to pick me up from the train station since I was an out of town buyer. We walked into the dealership we saw an ad online of an suv we admired and we drove down from Fresno they had the vehicle ready it was very clean and we test drove it fell in love however the price was out of our range on payments we almost walked away only because it was not on our budget but they worked out a deal in less than an hour we got our vehicle to the price we desired! Very fast and effeciant dealership we plan on purchasing in the future again thank you guys so much!
This was my second time purchasing a car at this dealership and once again they absolutely took care of us. I went to several other dealerships because I didn't want to drive out to Visalia which is 45 mins out of the way for me and wished I hadn't wasted my time. Going to Visalia BMW is worth the drive. Ed was so helpful and easy going. It was a no stress easy transaction.
