The customer service we recivied at BMW of Visalia was beyond our expectations, Edward Fuentes helped us with the entire process of finding the perfect car. Ed took time to get to know about us and make us feel comfortable, he found us the right car for an amazing price and we were able to drive it home that same day. I contacted Ashley Adams and let her know the vehicle I was interested in. I arrived and the car was out front clean and ready for me to test drive. She went above and beyond for me. I purchased the car that day. They even told me they would detail my car in a week whenever I returned to bring my title for my trade in. My experience was more than I expected and more.

After my unpleasant experience, I received a call from owner, Mike Castro the next morning. Mr. Castro was very friendly and very apologetic for my bad experience at BMW of Visalia. We considered other luxury vehicles and were open minded to all manufacturers. We experienced several typical car salesmen and tactics prior to entering BMW of Visalia.
