We walked in at almost 8pm and walked out with a car at about 9pm. It was easy as pie. We really appreciated Nate's working with us.

Overall, a good experience. Facilities appeared clean and well maintained. My sales advisor, David Goforth, was very responsive to any questions I had and did not try to pressure me to buy any options or products that I didn't want. I felt the price I paid for my 428i (great car!) was fair. I'd use this dealership again.
As soon as I got to the dealership I was greeted by Jonathan; the car I had originally went to see had already been sold. He was more than happy to help me find another one that had the same qualities and price range as the other. I did not feel pressured that I HAD to buy a car from them; I felt very comfortable. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. I LOVE the car that I purchased from them and would recommend Jonathan Lickliter to anyone in the market for a new car!
Our experience at the BMW of Chattanootga was excellent. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and friendly. Our car came in a few hours late, but Jonathon kept us informed and brought the vehicle to us the following day. Most of all, we love our new car.
I had an exceptional experience at BMW of Chattanooga this past week. Aaron Gentry (client advisor) in particular made my experience much more comfortable than i ever expected. I am a long time BMW fan but I don't ever like the process of dealing with car sales people.
