This is my second BMW from BMW of Chattanooga and I will return for my next BMW purchase. Jonathan Allers got me the deal that I needed to drive the car I wanted. Oh, I should mention that I drove all the way from Indianapolis, IN to buy my Bimmer from BMW of Chattanooga.
I'm very loyal to the BMW brand, all I have purchased in the last 10 years. The purchase experience at BMW of Chattanooga was very comfortable. I felt my sales advisor was looking out for my best interest in finding me a replacement for my daily driver - a BMW with over 130k miles and 13 years young. I purchased a Certified Pre-owned car that I hope will last me another 10 years.
I have been treated better at this dealership than any other dealership I have dealt with in Chattanooga, and I have used about 7 different ones in the past 30 years. It would be very nice if the correspondence could be sent to the principal buyer of the vehicle, not necessarily to the person whose name is on the title first. My wife has driven this car one time. This is my car, and Jonathan Allers knows this.
I went into the dealership thinking ahead that there was no way that they could take the negative equity off of my old vehicle I had and they told me they would take everything they could to work with my budget and the car I was wanting and they did thank you so much bmw of Chattanooga!!
Purchasing my car from BMW of Chattanooga was a great experience. I did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, as is the case in many car dealerships. I told them what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. They were able to provide exactly what I wanted. I am a retired lady, and though it would have been nice, I could not afford a new BMW. Overall, it was a good experience. Buying a certified preowned vehicle that had a major scratch go undetected is alarming, but eventually having the issue resolved will sit well with me when I search for my next car. Thanks.
