The sales staff of BMW of Chattanooga are top notch. I can't say enough about Randy Pugh. He was truly a blessing to our family and went above and beyond to make our car buying experience the best we have ever had. From the the time we stepped foot in the door till we drove off in our pre-owned car we were treated like family. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned car. When I am in the market for another car BMW of Chattanooga will definitely be my first stop!
I was in the market for a nice used vehicle and BMW of Chattanooga listed a 2007 BMW X5 online. I never really gave BMW's a thought, but when I went by the dealership to look at this vehicle and take it for a test drive, the receptionist was very nice and led me right to the dealer I needed, Christine Dumas. From the test drive to making the final deal, she was very professional and helpful. I would most definitely recommend this dealership and salesperson to anyone.
This guy was great!!! I told him what my monthly budget was and they hit that price first time!!! Randy was extremely nice and helpful!! I couldn't have asked for a better salesman!!!

David was so kind and helpful. He stayed late on Friday evening to call me right after I emailed the dealership through Autotrader. He discussed the vehicle with my husband and me at length and then he turned us over to Ryan to make the ultimate deal. We drove to Chattanooga the next morning and David had the car detailed and ready for us to test drive.
