We got a great deal from a great Client Adviser, Christine Dumas, on the BMW X3 that we wanted to purchase. This is our third new BMW and the second X3 so we knew what we were looking for. My wife and I are retired and live in Florida. We first tried local dealers and found them either overpriced or their inventory did not meet our needs. This salesman went above and beyond the normal work that most salesman give to a customer. He was most courteous and very professional for such a young man, which speaks well of this BMW dealership and its purpose in satisfying customers above and beyond what most dealerships do. Me and the wife live about 120 miles from this dealership but are very satisfied with the friendliness and service all the personnel we came in contact with gave us. We greatly enjoyed our time spent at the BMW Chattanooga dealer. Jonathan Lickliter offered us fabulous service and personal attention. We were well pleased with the vehicle we purchased, as well as the warranty/maintenance packages that were offered to us. We will be recommending your services, and we are enjoying our 335. I would strongly recommend BMW of Chattanooga to my colleagues. Every one was friendly and professional. They were professional and had a friendly disposition. I enjoyed the experience and felt welcomed. The price was down my alley and reasonable.

Jonathon was very attentive to our needs. He did not attempt to sell us on a vehicle outside of our intended price range. His knowledge of the product was exceptional, and he answered all of our questions thoroughly. The dealership was very busy during a year-end sale, but our wait time was kept to a minimum.

My wife and really enjoyed the time we had with Randy! He has spent many months helping us find the right car. The one we purchased wasn't exactly what we were looking for and Randy told us that up front. He said that a car like this doesn't come along every day and he wanted to show it to us just to make sure we weren't interested. It turned out, that it was the car for us.
