Best Service Department Because the service department of any prestigious vehicle dealer is where customer loyalty is nurtured, many dealers claim to have great service departments. However, this dealership really IS the most reliably honest and politely professional group of people I have dealt with of all the Mercedes-Benz dealers I have experienced in the last 7 years. Believe me, I drive all the way from across the state because there's not one Mercedes dealer that can match them.

Your expectations should be: Very low standards! If you want your car to be driven 633 miles by their technician to be able to detect a fuel hose leak, this is the place to go. Also, get prepared to be provided with unprofessional, rude, irresponsible, demeaning, and illogical explanations. I do not want any petty comments from Serra here, you had your chance during our multiple contacts we had!
