Unfulfilled Utter trash company to work with. I had a deposit on a pending sale and they sold the car right from under me with no communication. Sales Associate and Sales Manager were both responsible for the bait and switch. Repeated requests for contact were ignored. I own a fleet and would have easily been a repeat customer. Now, I would advise any friends or colleagues to keep your funds in hand and find somewhere else to shop. Total xxxxshow These people had my car since October 2019. It was not completed until January 2020. I have no idea what’s going on in their service department. When Ed was there, it was amazing service. Now, they are apparently down one mechanic, haven’t hired a new one, and I am told that now my convertible sports car is ready to be picked up. It will have to be delivered on a flatbed because I can’t drive it in the snow. Very disappointing. They did write me a letter offering me to trade my car in for a new one though. Tha... read more

Very bad service department Frustrating experience from beginning to end. Can't believe them when they tell you something. No loaner cars, just a shuttle that has a billboard on it. You can tell the owner of this dealership gives zero f's about it and the service they give.

fraud costumer! Danger! Be aware of this dealership! Truly auto fraud dealership. Misrepresentation! Recently the car has shaking and trembling and inside noise. I went to this dealership and try to fix for free because the car still under factory warranty and lease contracting. However the advisor inducts me to sign a paperwork which costs over 150 for just inspection. And nothing really figure out but needs all new tires. Used car transmission died during test drive Drove an hour to check out a 2008 Volvo C30 and upon taking the vehicle out for a second test drive, the manual transmission died. A horrible odor filled the car and the gears started sticking. While stuff happens and you can't know everything about an old car this experience leads me to believe either: a. unwilling to negotiate Very friendly but unwilling to negotiate so I decided to go elsewhere! I was looking at a used vehicle with a lot of cosmetic issues yet I was told that they had no haggle pricing. Seems to me that if you call yourself a "Dealership" you should be willing to "Deal". Otherwise call it what it is, a automobile retailer.

No Deal Went to this "Dealer" to try and get a DEAL , NO Deal , they are very tight , they did NOT deal.

Not willing to help I have been there 3 times, it is difficult for people to help you. I have hunted down 2 sales people, they took my number but never called me. I was looking at a 2012 3 or 5 series 335/535, or a lease on a 2016 CLA. I will try 1 more time to make this work, the only reason why I am going there is because they are the only one in town that sells BMW or Mercedes in the Lansing area. avoid buying a car from there Worst experience ever, I have to much to say about this place but it is better to keep it short. If you are a good listener please stay away from this place they don't care about you at all.
