"Shawn Matteoli was GREAT" Great experience working with Shawn in Service.Customer friendly & excellent follow up! He made sure I was satisfied w/ new tires. When the tires needed a little tweaking he offered to personally ensure that it was done and HE DID! He also made sure my work schedule was impacted. Great!
"Service visit" Took my BMW to service center on 3/7. I did not have an appointment. My NYS inspection was overdue. Maintenance also needed to be addressed. Service manager Mr. Itkin was fabulous. He took care of me expeditiously, and without issue. My car was looked at within an hour. All the necessary work was completed. Mr. Itkin was outstanding in his promise to take care of everything. I am so very grateful.

"Problem solvers " I had a Tech issues with my 2019 X5. Steve Itkin my service advisor made sure the car got repaired and did his best to keep me comfortable while they had my car for two weeks. He was very helpful in explaining to me what was going on every step of the way. Alex Chu my dealer also helped out with this process too.
