"Treated like a VIP" Recent service stop and I was greeted by name wiith a smile too. A quick few questions and off I escorted to get my loaner. When I returned to pick up my car Tracey reviewed what was done and then off I went knowing I would be back . I live out on theisland closer to two other dealers but the treatment I recieved on my 2 Minis keeps me coming back. Thanks again.

"Excellent service " I had some issues with the interior speakers in my vehicle. My service advisor Rich was great. He saw me immediately and had my vehicle diagnosed by the service tech the very next day. He informed me of what needed to be replaced and also found another

"Great Service Center " Steve Itkin was my service manager and he has been exceptional. He communicates really well and very responsive. I would highly recommend service centers and try to schedule appointment before going in.

"Excellent" Have been dealing with this organization for 15 years. Since being taken over by BMW of Freeport, there has been a complete turnaround for the better. Been dealing with Steve Itkin. I feel like I’m getting straight talk and not being sold things that I really don’t need. Also, a big shout-out to the body shop down the road!
