"Good Dealership." I dealt with Tyler who was low keyed and professional. He did not add any pressure to our negations and was very receptive to my needs. He answered my emails promptly with clear concise reply's to all my questions. The dealership was extremely clean and comfortable with a good location just off the main road. I live in North Carolina and made the trip to Maryland for the vehicle. That alone should tell you how good my experience was.

"3rd Car purchased at BMW Towson- Great Experience" Overall easy process and good offer. I have purchased pre-owned certified and have leased new cars. Sales experience easy and efficient. Service department great as well. Have worked with same service advisors for years. Would recommend Tyler Lanham in sales and Derek Edwards in service. Both exceptional.

"On Tuesday night while driving home my low tire pressure..." On Tuesday night while driving home my low tire pressure light came on. The next morning the tired appeared low. I decided I would take some place to have air put in it. As I drove the tired was making a funny sound like I was getting a flat. I called Towson BMW for an appointment to have the tire checked. "Great Customer Service and Pleasure Working With!!!!!!" We had contacted Tyler at Towson BMW regarding getting a new car. We were looking at the X7 and had a trade in on our end we wanted to get rid of as well. Tyler was able to do all the paperwork remotely so that we could come test drive and sign papers without any hassle.
