"The service and professionalism of the staff were..." The service and professionalism of the staff were excellent. We had been searching for a vehicle X5 with all the options that we wanted and certified. BMW of Towson had it and at a great price. I would HIGHLY recommend BMW of Towson if you are in the market for a car. John V. was great to work with and very knowledgeable, prompt and efficient.

"Omg! The service is excellent! My service advisor..." Omg! The service is excellent! My service advisor (Derrick Edwards), technician, drivers, and workers at BMW are amazing. I haven’t been to the dealership since COVID-19 and they have a new feature (a video tour or your car with the technician). This is similar to going to the doctor for a checkup. It is such a nice touch. I can’t say anymore except this, if you want your car fixed right- take it to BMW of Towson! My baby is well taken care of there!!!

"Great experience" We went in to trade in our 2011 BMW, we had some idea of what we wanted, we were shown the cars that we wanted to see, and Tyler was able to pull up info for other cars with similar specs for better pricing for us. We eventually settled on the car he showed us, which he had to go out of his way to pick up in Bel Air. We have been driving our car for about a month, and we love it. Thanks
