Buying experience at dealership Buying process takes too long. I was there all day until almost closing. Really came close to backing out and going elsewhere. Should not take all day!
BMW of Nashville. I went to several luxury car dealerships. BMW did not pressure me but was readily available to answer all questions. The buying process was the best I ever experienced at a car dealership. Picking up the vehicle took a little longer that I liked but overall I was thrilled. I love my X3 too!
Chairman of a Board Brought my 2017 740 I into the dealer for its yearly detailing. Kevin, my service representative, got me checked in and provided me a new X5 to drive in a very timely basis. The service department did an outstanding job detailing my car. Kevin keep me informed of the cars status and I was able to pick up my car in the timeframe promised.

Strong service culture at BMW in Brentwood, TN Friendly staff at the dealership, focused on doing the right thing for their customers, not trying to always squeeze every last dollar of revenue. Houston Brown is an awesome advisor, and works behind the scenes before and after my appointment to take care of me. The relatively new facility is top-notch as well, with reliable WiFi, coffee/espresso machine, and snacks. Kid-friendly as well. Keep up the great work!

BMW NASHVILLE For over 10 years, I have had my 2006 BMW 328 serviced at the BMW dealership located on Armory Oaks Drive in Nashville, TN. They have always done an excellent job and their customer service is outstanding. My service advisors have always taken the time to explain any issues which my car has had and to give me a price estimate to fix each issue.
