Car serviced I’m happy with the service department. I had my oil changed, tires balanced and rotated. They also washed and vacuumed my car for me. Karen in the service dept was very helpful.

Service and Repairs-Karen Gerow/Daric Carby 2011 BMW was experiencing issues with "missing" when accelerating. I took it to BMW in Nashville near 100 Oaks. Daric Carby was helpful and took the needed time to write-up the information and symptoms. He was professional and very knowledgeable regarding BMW products. Made the car buying process a breeze! Came in early about 15 minutes before the dealership opened, with the exact used car I wanted to buy in mind. I had done my research and knew the deal that I wanted. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and met Jeff Pereira as my sales associate. I told him the vehicle I wanted.
