Great convenient service We had a problem with the taillight on our BMW 228i convertible. Brad at BMW of Nashville immediately identified it as a warranty repair. We had service done and tires changed plus all outstanding issues were taken care of (in this case an issue with tearing of the convertible top headliner). BMW supplied us with a comparable loaner car, so our lives were never interrupted. I highly recommend BMW of Nashville.

Superb Service Excellent Fast service. I didn’t have an appointment. I had a terrible scratching whining noise and they diagnosed and repaired it for me quickly and no charge. (Stone caught in the caliper assembly). Thank You Jamie Stratman, service advisor, for facilitating that for me
