Larry, Leonel, and Eli were all very helpful and friendly. And we would deal with them again! Eli even drove to Walla Walla the next day so that I could sign some papers since they were unable to get them when we were there. I love my new car!
We had an amazing experience working with Miguel Reyna. His professionalism and customer service was far beyond expected. He is honest and shows integrity, which is often hard to come by within the auto industry. The staff as a whole was very welcoming and made what could have been a cumbersome process a very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back for our next purchase!
The service here was incredible. I felt like I was apart of the family. Everyone that I dealt with was respectful and polite from the managers to the service guys. This place Rocks ,no gold jewelry wearing guidos,will run out and tackle you thats for sure.A whole new concept of car sales for the Tri Cities. If you want to buy a car and not leave the dealership like you have just been relieved of your soul this is the place for you. My family has purchased 2 vehicles this year from the dealership and we plan on extending our relationship with them in the near future. Thanks guys the Wilson Family p.s.
