Make sure to ask for Loc when you arrive at BMW Tri-Cities. He answered all the questions I had and more. No pressure through the whole buying process and was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I had the pleasure of doing business with Loc and BMW Tri-Cities and would recommend all my family and friends to do so as well!
You expect top notch service from a BMW dealership. These ladies and gents went above and beyond in every category from the owner to lot attendant. I bought a CPO 550 and it was like buying new, even down to fixing the paint (minor blemishes to some, but important to this guy). I would highly recommend them to anyone. PS, I live in Vanvouver, WA. Worth the 4 hour drive!
The BMW of Tricities has been the best place to buy a car from! Larry helped us out in getting a 2014 Subaru Impreza. They did exactly what we were asking for, we traded in 2 cars and we feel like we got a reasonable amount for them. Every worker that was there were very nice and offered us a beverage.
